The company is engaged in the provision of a wide range of security services to residents and businesses in the city of Seville in Andalucía, Spain. With registered head office located in Espartinas, Spain, the company was incorporated in November 1984. The company provides a wide range of security and surveillance services to more than 250 homes and businesses through C.O.P. (Centro Operativo Principal), its main control centre and base of operations. The C.O.P. houses one of its primary business solutions: the Remote Video Response Centre (RVRC). At the centre, 42 employees spend a total of more than 1,500 staff-hours on average each week monitoring 250 locations with some locations up to 90 kilometres away. Video from these locations is digitally recorded and transmitted in real-time through a secure, dedicated broadband network to the RVRC, where trained personnel watch for suspicious activity. The RVRC operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year, putting immense demands on all parts of the system.
